The site is operated by Klev Tech UK Ltd, a company registered in England & Wales ("we", "us"). By using difm.uk you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.

Everything published on this site, including feature descriptions, module lists, pricing indications, the lifetime licence offer, service level figures and support commitments, is indicative and subject to contract. Nothing on this site constitutes a binding offer, a quotation, or a contractual service level.

A binding commitment arises only when both parties sign a written order form or master services agreement. Where this site and a signed agreement conflict, the signed agreement prevails.

The downtime cost calculator, its on-screen results and any PDF report it produces are illustrative estimates only. They are generated from figures you enter and from generic industry assumptions, they are not a survey of your facility, and they are not financial, engineering, safety or investment advice.

Guide prices shown in the calculator reflect a typical mid-sized industrial facility and will vary with your selected modules, scale and add-ons. You must not rely on any output of these tools as the sole basis for a purchasing, budgeting or operational decision, and we accept no liability for decisions taken in reliance on them.

You agree not to:

• submit false, misleading or third-party details through our forms;
• use automated means to submit forms, scrape the site, or place unreasonable load on it;
• attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the site or its systems;
• copy, republish or resell site content beyond normal fair evaluation of our product.

We may block or restrict access where we reasonably believe these terms are being breached.

The DIFM name, logo, site content, layout and software are owned by Klev Tech UK Ltd or its licensors. All rights are reserved.

Any third-party names, marks or standards bodies referred to on this site are the property of their respective owners. They are used solely for identification and comparison purposes, and their use does not imply any affiliation with, endorsement by, or certification from those owners.

References to industry standards describe workflows our software is designed to support. They are not a statement that DIFM, or your use of DIFM, is certified or compliant. Certification remains your responsibility and that of your certification body.

We aim to keep the site available but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may change, suspend or withdraw any part of the site, including any published offer, at any time without notice.

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

Subject to that, and to the fullest extent permitted by law:

• the site and its tools are provided "as is" and "as available", with no warranties of accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement;
• we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, revenue, production, contracts, goodwill, data, or anticipated savings, however arising;
• our total aggregate liability arising out of or in connection with your use of this site is limited to the greater of £500 and any amount you have paid us for access to this site in the twelve months before the claim.

This clause applies to your use of this website only. Liability under a signed licence or services agreement is governed by that agreement.

The site links to third-party websites, including klevtech.com. We are not responsible for the content, availability or privacy practices of any site we link to.

How we handle personal data you submit is set out in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.

We may update these terms. The version in force is the one published here on the date you use the site, shown at the top of this page.

These terms and any dispute arising from them are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
